All the apartment is soundproofed by double glazings. big bathroom with a magnificent Italian-style shower. · room 1 : 1 king size bed · room 2: 2 individual beds which can be transformed into one king size bed The apartment is managed by a professional team which take care of the customers in a qualitative way. The multilingual team speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish. We also have an housekeeper team to manage and to guarantee that your apartment will be cleaned before your arrival. Once the booking is done, you will receive few questions regarding your arrival in Nice. Please answer as soon as possible in order for us to schedule your check in with one of our property manager. 24H before arrival you will receive details and the phone number of your property manager which will welcome you, the exact address of the apartment and the directions to arrive there. You will be welcomed upon your arrival and you will receive 2 sets of keys. Do not hesitate to book now or write us if you need any informations. We hope to welcome you soon in Nice! The apartment is at your disposal from the beginning to the end of your stay, it is prepared before your arrival with all the necessity of sheets, bath towels etc.... For a long stay we propose you a cleaning service and/or change of sheets is at your disposal on request with supplement fee. We can book for you your transfers from airport-apartment-aéroport, private shuttle to Monaco, Cannes, Saint Tropez as well as your restaurant, theater, private beach bookings... To come from the airport to apartment "Urban3" you can use Tramway line2 to "JEAN MEDECIN" and connect with tramway line1 to "GARE THIERS". Single ticket price : 1,50€ If you do prefer, we can book an airport pick up service with our driver. From 1 to 3 pers = 35€/transfer From 4 to 8 pers = 45€/transfer The driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit with your name on a sign. He will drive you directly to your apartment. Negative: The apartment is centrally located in Nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. The cleaning was below an acceptable standard, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. We sent pictures documenting this to the management but received no response. The building was covered in scaffolding during our stay. Management states that this was mentioned in the listing, but we did not notice it when booking, and more importantly, the actual consequences were not clear or shown in the listing photos. The scaffolding significantly reduced the light in the apartment, made the balcony effectively unusable, and created a security concern as it provided potential access to the apartment. When we arrived, two intoxicated people were outside drinking and climbing on the scaffolding, which understandably made us uncomfortable about the security of the apartment. While the location is very central, the immediate area did not always feel particularly safe in the evening, with some suspicious activity around the building. Overall, the apartment and the conditions during our stay did not match the impression given by the listing. Had the extent and impact of the scaffolding been clear, we would not have booked the apartment.
