The spacious living room offers a relaxing space with a dining area, while the open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and more. A balcony offers stunning views of the surroundings and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or admire the sunset in the evening. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, all linens are provided during your stay, as well as some basic amenities such as coffee, tea, condiments, bottled water, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent, and more. If you need additional water during your stay, please visit the reception with the empty container for a replacement, at a cost of 50 MXN. Water deliveries occur on Tuesdays and Fridays, so it is recommended to bring your empty container on Mondays and Thursdays. • The bed dimensions are expressed in Mexican sizes. We kindly ask you to check the differences compared to the sizes used in your country of residence to avoid any surprises.

Positive: Location is good. But two bedroom face to the street, it’s quite noisy during night .

Ótima estadia, atendeu expectativas com custo benefício excelente. Positive: Infraestrutura muito boa. Closet excelente. Utensílios completos. Espaço excelente. Negative: Box do banheiro está passando água por debaixo. Chuveiro com furos entupidos, porém isto é fácil de resolver. Controles de TV não estavam funcionando.

Additional rules:
1. All guests and their visitors must check in at the reception desk upon arrival. Visitors are allowed only inside the guest’s apartment and must not exceed the maximum number of people permitted for that unit. Guests’ visitors are not allowed to use any common areas including the pool, sauna, gym or jacuzzi. An identification wristband will be issued at check-in and must be worn at all times to access the building, the apartment, and the common areas. This measure is in place to ensure the safety of all residents and guests. Failure to comply may result in denied access and a financial penalty. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A 250USD fine will apply for non-compliance. 3. Guests may use common amenities (pool, gym, sauna, etc.) only during the following hours: Monday to Thursday: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday : from 8:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m. You must make a reservation at the front desk to use the gym and the sauna. 4. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum (no loud music, limit sound after 10:00 p.m.). 5. Hanging towels, clothes, sheets, or any other items from balconies or in shared areas is strictly prohibited. 6. Trash must be securely bagged and placed in the designated bins to avoid spills, pollution, and pests. 7. Swimwear is mandatory in the pools for children and adults. Babies must wear appropriate swim diapers. 8. Oily sunscreens and similar products are not allowed in the pool. 9. Portable speakers and sound systems are not allowed in the pool areas. 10. Glass containers (bottles, glasses, etc.) are strictly prohibited in pool areas. Plastic cups are mandatory. 11. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in moderation. During pool hours, no food or drinks are allowed in or around the pool. 12. Pets are not allowed in pool areas. 13. All trash must be disposed of in the containers located in the garage. 14. Sun loungers must remain in the designated pool area. Furniture must always be kept in its assigned location. 15. Failure to comply with common area rules may result in financial penalties. 16. The apartment’s maximum capacity must not be exceeded. A maximum of 6 people is allowed. 17. Using the elevators while wet is strictly prohibited to prevent slipping hazards. 18. To use the barbecue, a $500 MXN deposit must be left at reception. The deposit will be refunded if the area is left clean and in good condition. 19. Electricity is included in the reservation rate up to 40 kWh/day. Additional consumption will be charged at $7 MXN per kWh. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. 20. Any violation of this regulation may result in a fine or, in severe cases, the cancellation of the reservation.
