Beyond this limit, each kWh consumed will be charged at $7 MXN. A meter reading will be conducted at check-in and check-out. • Upon your arrival at the property reception, a bracelet will be provided for security purposes, allowing the establishment's staff to identify you during your entries and exits. Additionally, you will be asked to sign the community rules at the time of check-in. • Upon your arrival in the apartment, you will find two 20-liter containers of drinking water. If you need additional water during your stay, please visit the reception with the empty container for a replacement, at a cost of 50 MXN. Water deliveries occur on Tuesdays and Fridays, so it is recommended to bring your empty container on Mondays and Thursdays. • The bed dimensions are expressed in Mexican sizes.
