1.- All guests and their visitors must check in at the reception upon arrival. No visitors are allowed after 10 PM without the host's permission. 2.- Strictly non-smoking accommodation! A $250 penalty will be imposed for non-compliance. 3.- All guests may use the public facilities (pool, gym, sauna, etc.) only during the following hours: Sunday to Thursday: from 8 AM to 10 PM. Friday to Saturday: from 8 AM to 11 PM. Please check in at the reception to make a reservation. 4.- Please respect the neighbors and limit noise disturbances (no loud music, keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM). 5.- It is strictly forbidden to hang towels, clothes, sheets, or any other clothing or accessories on the facades and common areas of the property. 6.- All trash bags must be disposed of in the trash bins, properly tied to avoid spills, pollution, and pests. 7.- To use the pools, children must wear swimsuits, and adults and babies must wear appropriate swim diapers. 8.- Sunscreen oils and other greasy products are prohibited in the pool. 9.- Devices such as portable speakers are not allowed in the pool areas. 10.- It is strictly forbidden to use glass objects (bottles, glasses, etc.) in the pool area. Preferably use plastic cups. 11.- Alcoholic beverages must be consumed in moderation, and during pool hours, drinks or food may not be consumed in and around the pool area. 12.- Pets are not allowed in the pool areas. 13.- Trash must be disposed of exclusively in the containers located in the garage. 14.- Sun loungers are not allowed in any area other than the pool area. Furniture must always be kept in their designated places. 15.- In case of non-compliance with the common area rules, financial penalties may apply. 16.- The maximum occupancy of the accommodation cannot be exceeded. A maximum of 4 people are allowed in this unit. No visitors allowed after 10pm 17.- It is forbidden to use the elevators when wet to avoid slipping hazards. 18.- To use the barbecue, you must leave a $500 MXN deposit at the reception. The deposit will be refunded if the area is cleaned and in good condition. 19.- Electrical consumption is included in the reservation rate up to 40 kWh/day. Beyond that, each kWh consumed will be charged $9 MX. For stays longer than 14 days, the traveler will pay for all their electricity consumption. An advance payment of $500 / $8,500 MX will be required. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out. 20.- Any violation of these rules will be punished with a fine or, in severe cases, the cancellation of the reservation.
