  • Our agency only takes commission when there are reservations in your accommodation 

  • The platforms we are connected to charge commissions on each booking ranging from 3% to 17%* ... we do not charge them additionally,the rates published by these partners are automatically increased.

* 5% discount offered on the TRANQUILITE formula for the first 12 months, for any first distribution of a hosting offer.

Register your accommodation in formulaTRANQUILITYfor the first time and open at least 5 consecutive weeks for rental to benefit  from a 25% commission rate instead of 30%* the first year.
