With Booking Guys, it's very simple, we take a commission from each stay we have sold and return your net income to you in complete transparency! no hidden fees, no management or annual listing fees.

For greater efficiency and because we like clear answers, we have designed 3 formulas. Choose the one that meets your current needs and upgrade to another whenever you want, at no cost.

Our agency only charges commission when there are reservations in your accommodation;

The platforms to which we are connected charge commissions on each reservation ranging from 3% to 17%*... we do not charge them additionally, the prices published by these partners are automatically increased.

We pay you the share due to you, after deduction of our commission, upon receipt of payment and very generally, in less than 48 hours.
